The unfiltered differences between NYC vs Miami Latinas.
And my thoughts on both.
In spirit of being influenced by my friend Bowtied Passport, I decided to make a post on Latinas in the US. To do that, I wanted to talk about Latinas in the two cities I have spent the most time in, Miami and NYC. Over the years, I have learned that Latinas in both cities are so vastly different that they have more in common with other races than each other.
Here is how Latinas in Miami and NYC differ.
The kinds of Latinas in both cities differ.
NYC mainly has Puerto Rican and Dominican Latinas with other groups sprinkled in. Miami has Cubans, Venezuelans, and a host of other Latinas. The Miami Latin category is spread out and you are likely to get a lot of Latinas right out of their home country. Meanwhile, outside of the recent refugees from South and Latin America, New York mainly has Puerto Ricans.
However, no matter your taste, one thing remains true….
Miami Latinas are just hotter, way hotter.
It’s not even remotely close when it comes to physical appearance. The Latinas in Miami are the best looking Latinas in the US. However, the gap between the Latinas in Miami versus NYC when it comes to attractiveness cannot be underestimated. I wish I could try to look impartial here but for any straight guy who has gamed in both cities, it is so obvious. NYC Latinas do not hold a candle to Miami Latinas in the looks department.
A Cuban 6 in Miami is like an 8 for a Latina in NYC while a Puerto Rican 8 in NYC is a 6 in Miami.
Miami Latinas are way more comfortable with being Hispanic, and they speak the language too.
One thing I notice about NYC Latinas is that they fall into two categories:
Worship Black culture (Puerto Ricans) and are more culturally Black than Hispanic
Desperately want to fit in with White culture
Meanwhile, Miami Latinas are far more comfortable with being Latina. Most are likely to speak Spanish and on top of that, be prideful of their roots and being associated with Latin culture. One place this shows is in their dating preferences.
NYC Latinas prefer to avoid Latino guys and opt to go more for Black or White guys. If you look “Latino” (applies to Indian and Middle Eastern men that can, on the surface, be confused for one), you will have a strike against you. With Miami Latinas, it is the opposite to where they prefer Latino men over even White and Black men.
One caveat is that even though they may prefer “Latino” men, the meaning of Latino in Miami is a lot different. So many guys here look like a Gerard Pique or Cristiano Ronaldo that the real way to put it is that Miami Latinas prefer White guys that speak Spanish.
However, an Indian, Middle Eastern, and especially Asian guy who has it together more than has a chance with one.
One other thing I put this down to is the fact that Latinos in Miami got established and rose up the ranks socially. As a result, Miami Latinas have seen their own climb up the ranks and be at the top. Meanwhile, New York’s culture puts on a mask of tolerance but is still Gangs Of New York Bill The Butcher style of racist when it comes to moving up. So New York Latinas see going interracial as the only path to a good life.
One place in particular where this shows is how they act around White women.
Miami Latinas feel and act like they are better or equal to your typical Becky. NYC Latinas feel inferior to them and it shows. Granted, a few Miami Latinas are practically White, even genetically Whiter than your average American White girl. So perhaps that is the reason for that?
Miami Latinas have a more integrated relationship with Anglos/Whites as well as other races.
I notice that with Miami Latinas, White people are not this magical entity that can’t pee or poo. With NYC Latinas, Whites are like this King Riding A Unicorn. The pedeslization of Whites does not exist among Miami Latinas. It is almost like they see themselves as separate but equal or better than Whites.
I also notice that Whites and Latins intermingle in Miami but it is in a more equal way. It is not like in NYC where the vibe is “Oh she is finally out of poverty because she went White”, it is more “oh she happened to go for a White guy”. They just see Whites as normal people.
Miami Latinas are classier.
It’s not even a debate, even a blue collar Cuban woman in Miami has more class than a rich Puerto Rican chick from NYC. NYC Latinas are one tier removed from all out ratchet hood rats who go around starting fights everywhere. Even actual Puerto Rican women I have known want nothing to do with being labeled a “Nuyorican”.
It makes sense as Miami draws in the rich of the Latin world. A lot of Latinos in Miami were doing well in South America and came to Miami for its culture. I also think it is because the blue collar neighborhoods in Miami are mostly Latino and not as intermingled as the ones in NYC. Even the Black population in a lot of these blue collar neighborhoods are Black Latinos.
I don’t think this has much to do with the classiness as much as it does with identity. Miami Latinas are at the end of the day, Latinas, regardless of their color. They are not trying to blend in with Black or White culture but rather just being the best of Latin culture that they can be.
As easy as it is to blame NYC Latinas themselves, I blame NYC culture more. The culture in the city, as I mentioned earlier, is a mask of tolerance with an underbelly of extreme prejudice on the social and socioeconomic scene. New Yorkers will put on the mask of tolerance but at the end of the day, not want much diversity near them. For those who do not know what I am talking about, look up Champagne Socialist.
Miami Latinas are less political and more likely to be Trumpers.
Latinas in Miami are not the Woke and aggressive types you see in NYC. Most Miami Latinas are either politically impartial or they tend to support Trump. However, it is important to point out that NYC Latinas are the hypocritical kind of lefitsts. The kind that will bark about Leftist ideas but drop to their knees for a their White Meal Ticket out of the Bronx.
As much as this post has looked like me taking a dump on NYC Latinas, I acknowledge that at the end of the day, they are victims to NYC’s culture.
Let me get straight to the point after all of this, Miami Latinas just better, way better.
Look, NYC is a better city than Miami if you want to get hot White girls in their 20s who happen to be college-educated. No city beats NYC when it comes to sheer quality of attractive White women in their 20s that want to still party. However, for anything else, NYC tends to suck, a lot.
NYC might have a leg up on NYC when it comes to Asian and Indian women as well. However, when it comes to Latinas, it is not even a competition. Chicago and LA have better Latinas than NYC.
Miami smokes every city in the US and possibly all of North America when it comes to the quality of Latinas here, no other city in the United States even comes close.
